      Is the battery swap really free?

      Yes — included in the rent, with no cap on how many times you swap. Energy is the most unpredictable cost a delivery rider carries, and making it free is what turns a rental into a genuinely fixed weekly number.

      What if the bike breaks down mid-shift?

      Bring it to your hub, or call and we arrange recovery. Repairs, servicing and parts are on us. If the bike has to stay back, you leave on a replacement the same day and your subscription carries over.

      Do I need a down payment, a loan or a credit check?

      None of the three. One week's rent and a refundable deposit. No financing, no EMI, no ownership risk — stop riding and you stop paying.

      Can I use it for Zomato, Swiggy, Blinkit, Zepto or Delhivery work?

      Yes — that is what the fleet is built for. A large share of our bikes are configured for delivery duty, and we work directly with logistics operators including Delhivery.

      Is insurance included?

      Yes. The bike stays insured for your whole subscription and RIDEV manages the claim. Insurance repairs run through the same workflow as everything else.
